Overview As a Workforce Operations Associate, you will play a key role in managing our contractor and contingent worker life cycle, from on-boarding to termination. Ensuring compliance, contribute to efficient payroll processing, and exceptional worker relations. An insight into some of your responsibilities: On-boarding set up and Contract Management: Deliver a seamless, professional, and compliant on-boarding experience. Collect, review, and verify documentation including personal details, company documents, and tax forms. Conduct pre-engagement screening, including right-to-work checks, background checks, and verification of qualifications and documentation in line with compliance requirements. Ensure all data is captured accurately, securely, and in line with compliance and audit standards. Prepare and issue contracts in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain clear and proactive communication with workers and internal stakeholders throughout the on-boarding process. Identify, assess, and proactively manage on-boarding risks, ensuring timely escalation and resolution in line with governance frameworks. Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure workers are supported, informed, and any risks or issues are addressed in a timely manner. Personnel Records: Maintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready worker records, ensuring all required documentation is current and compliant. Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems in collaboration with Payroll, Contract-to-Pay, and Billing teams. Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and evidence in a timely manner. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to labour laws, regulations, and classification standards. Operate within a robust risk and compliance framework, ensuring all activities meet internal policies, client requirements, and external regulatory obligations. Partner with Legal and external advisors to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks. Take ownership of risk management by identifying potential issues early, escalating appropriately, and ensuring resolution. Monitor documentation validity and compliance throughout the worker life cycle, ensuring no lapses in required documentation. Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing updates on compliance status, risks, and resolutions. Off-boarding and Life cycle Management: Manage off-boarding processes in line with contractual, legal, and compliance requirements. Ensure all terminations and resignations are processed with full documentation and audit traceability. Identify and manage any compliance, contractual, or operational risks during off-boarding. Work closely with internal operations teams to ensure a smooth, compliant, and well-communicated off-boarding process. Keep relevant stakeholders informed of key updates, risks, and completion status. Reporting & Notifications: Maintain accurate workers records to support internal and external reporting requirements. Maintain high-quality, auditable data to support reporting, governance, and decision-making. Proactively flag data inconsistencies, risks, or anomalies and ensure stakeholders are informed and corrective actions are taken. Support transparent reporting by providing clear updates and insights to relevant teams. To excel in this role, we require: Work in an autonomous role where you can manage your own working day with a high degree of responsibility. Proven track record in a Compliance, HR or Payroll function. Good time management skills and past record of meeting strict deadlines. Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft products. A preference for Salesforce CRM experience, but not essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and highly organised. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Ability to work effectively in a global, diverse team. Recruitment industry experience. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
