An outstanding job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered Manager to manage 2 exceptional services around the corner from each other based in the Wednesbury, West Midlands area. You will be working for one of UKs leading health care providers
One of the services is a purpose designed for adults who may have had hospital stays, including secure care, and who require intensive behavioural support. Whilst the other supports adults with range of complex needs, including autism, LD and MH needs
**To be considered for this position you must have an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent**
As the Registered Manager your key responsibilities include:
* Dedicated to undertaking the management of supporting people with learning disabilities and other complex needs, your team will support service users in your care to achieve their goals in life and will actively seek out opportunities for them to develop their skills and confidence through a variety of staff involvement, activities and other initiatives
* You will effectively lead and inspire your team to provide the highest quality person:centred support and care
* Be responsible for delivering best practice in social care whilst continually developing the service
* You will have the opportunity to use your skills in an environment where the effective management of people and processes will be critical to the services success
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
* Commitment to delivering high quality care
* Previous managerial experience in a similar environment
* Strong working knowledge of regulatory standards
* Fine tuned decision making skills
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Flexibility and strong can do attitude
