GXO are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Continuous Improvement Manager to lead and embed a culture of operational excellence across our The Entertainer site in Banbury. This role is pivotal in identifying opportunities for process optimisation, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering a mindset of continuous improvement at all levels.
The role is being offered on a full‑time, permanent basis. You will work Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30, although some flexibility is required to work with all shifts across the operation – this is logistics after all!

What you’ll do on a typical day
* Lead and deliver continuous improvement initiatives across all site contracts
* Analyse data to support KPI performance and identify improvement opportunities
* Drive cost, quality, and service enhancements through CI methodology
* Implement change projects and support leadership with operational targets
* Ensure compliance with SOPs, audits, and health & safety requirements
* Support with managing the gain share process through its complete life cycle from initial opportunity through to sign off and execution
What you need to succeed at GXO
* Proven experience in a continuous improvement or operational excellence role within a warehouse environment
* Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsAnalytical mindset with a passion for problem‑solving and data‑driven decision‑making
* Ability to lead change and influence at all levels of the organisation
