Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced Teaching Assistant in Leighton Buzzard to support classroom learning and provide one-to-one and small group support to students across local schools.

Salary: £13.00 – £15.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
1. Support teachers with planning and delivering lessons
2. Provide one-to-one and small group support to students
3. Help maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
4. Prepare and organise learning materials and resources
5. Monitor student progress and report feedback to teaching staff
6. Support students with additional needs where required
Essential Skills & Experience
7. Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is beneficial
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
9. Patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic approach
10. Ability to work well within a team
11. Flexible and adaptable to different classroom settings
