My client, a well-established and highly regarded estate agency in Romford, is seeking a Trainee Estate Agent to support both the Lettings and Sales teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the ropes and develop into a successful, multi-skilled Estate Agent.

1. Very strong basic up to £25,000

Key duties for the role of Trainee Estate Agent:
8. Provide professional front-of-house service, handling client enquiries and maintaining a welcoming reception area.
9. Support the Lettings team with viewings, tenancy paperwork, landlord/tenant communication, and property listings.
10. Assist the Sales team by booking viewings, coordinating with buyers and vendors, and preparing marketing materials.
11. Help create and manage property adverts across online platforms, ensuring listings are accurate and up to date.
12. Deliver general administrative support while developing the skills to become a confident, multi-skilled Estate Agent.
Trainee Estate Agent requirements:
13. Personal and professional attitude.
14. Full UK driving licence.
15. Previous experience in either customer service or sale is desired.
16. Strong administrative skills.
