Sales Manager – Ground Support Equipment (GSE) | Europe | Staff Role
I’m currently hiring for a Sales Manager to join a global leader in aviation technology, driving growth across ground support equipment (GSE) and aftersales solutions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong capital equipment / industrial sales background to build and manage key customer relationships across Europe.
Location
Flexible across Northern/Central Europe, London, Germany, Belgium or the Netherlands
(Ideal candidates based near a major airport hub)
The Role
* Manage and grow key customer accounts across the region
* Develop and execute sales strategies for equipment & service solutions
* Prepare and submit tenders and commercial proposals
* Lead customer engagement, negotiations & relationship management
* Provide accurate sales forecasting via CRM systems
* Work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing & customer care teams
* Represent the business at industry events, trade shows & customer visits
What We’re Looking For
* 3–5+ years’ experience in industrial / capital equipment sales
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
* Experience managing key accounts and long sales cycles
* Ability to operate in a multicultural, international environment
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
Nice to Have
* Experience in aviation / GSE / heavy equipment
* Additional languages (German or French a plus)
