Conduct fault diagnosis, vehicle servicing, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer and franchise standards
Accurately identify and report faults, vehicle conditions, safety issues, and performance concerns to the Service Manager
Ensure all work complies with quality procedures and safety regulations set by the dealership and franchise guidelines
Maintain high standards of workmanship in a busy workshop environment
Support team objectives by working efficiently towards individual and team targets
Assist in the continued development of the service department’s reputation for quality and reliability
If qualified, undertake MOT testing; if not, pursue training opportunities to achieve this qualificationRequirements:
Minimum NVQ Level 2 or IMI Qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Ideally, 1-2 years of post-qualification workshop experience
Valid UK driving licence with minimal penalty points
Strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
Proven ability to produce high-standard vehicle repairs and diagnostics
Motivated team player with a proactive approach to work
