Job Title: Client Services Executive

Location: Rainham, Essex

Employment Type: Full Time

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Client Services Executive to join our client's vibrant Client Services team! Key Responsibilities:



* Customer Engagement: Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, assessing opportunities and ensuring a smooth workflow using CRM system.
* Timely Service Delivery: Ensure services are provided on schedule, adhering to contract requirements and group strategies.
* Quotations Management: Keep customers informed about their quotations, acting as their single point of contact for any queries.
* Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate quotes and service delivery.
* Database Management: Daily updates to the CRM database to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Reporting: Generate weekly reports on open opportunities and submit them to depot managers.
* Client Follow-ups: Chase clients for purchase orders and gather feedback on completed jobs.


What We’re Looking For:


IT Proficiency: Excellent skills in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Publisher).

Communication Skills: Professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly.

Proactivity: A proactive approach to tasks and the ability to use initiative.

Driving License: A clean UK driving license is essential for this role.


Hours of Work:


Normal hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with flexibility required to meet business needs.
