About the Role:
In this key position, you will be responsible for leading the growth and performance of the Convenience & Travel channels. You will deliver sales, profit, and distribution targets while building strong retail relationships externally and working cross-functionally to achieve smart, sustainable growth.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Own and grow the Convenience & Travel channels
* Deliver sales, profit, and distribution targets
* Build JBPs and annual plans with key accounts
* Identify and convert new business opportunities
* Lead forecasting, performance reviews, and budgeting
* Take a category-first, insight-led approach to selling
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless launch and execution
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need 2+ years of FMCG commercial experience, a solid understanding of the Convenience & Travel landscape, proven success in account management and/or new business, commercial confidence, and great communication skills. You will also need to be excited by pace, growth, and the energy of a scaling brand, as well as passionate about purpose, health, and making a positive impact.
