Part Time HR and Compliance Coordinator
Location: Tunstall
Salary: £30,000 pro rata
Working Hours: 3 days per week (Wed, Thurs and Friday)

Key Responsibilities
Support line managers with executive support
creating documents, managing correspondence and organising travel arrangements
Coordinate internal projects and work closely with other departments
Ensure company policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with legislation
Maintain and monitor compliance records and training schedules
Assist with audits and the development of internal processes and maintain ISO 9001 certification
Identify areas of improvement within the business and work to implement them
Draft and update company policies, workbooks and operational templates
Work with an external HR Consultant to provide first line HR support to employees
When required due to holidays and staffing constraints, oversee day-to-day HR administration including onboarding, contracts, and employee records
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a HR-related role is essential
Strong Excel skills would be beneficial
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident communicator with a proactive approach
Ability to work with tact, discretion and diplomacy
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
