What We’re Looking For: Experience: At least 1 year as a multi-skilled Maintenance Operative with a preferred trade (essential). Hands-On Skills: Proficiency with machinery, tools, and completing a variety of tasks. Specialized Experience: Maintaining hot tubs (desirable) and at least 1 year of pool plant maintenance experience. Qualifications: Pool Plant Qualification (PWTAG) is desirable. Customer Focus: Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Attention to Detail: Delivering 5-star standards consistently. Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft systems and computer literate. Professionalism: Well-presented, with the ability to interact effectively with management, staff, and guests.
