Building and Maintenance Surveyor Chislehurst
Salary £23,200
(14 hours per week over two days, 0900 1700)

Playing a key role in the Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for all aspects to maintain the Associations portfolio of properties to the highest possible standards within the Associations policies and resources, and to provide an efficient and responsive service to tenants.
Your duties will include overseeing an approved list of contractors to ensure performance is appropriate, managing the day to day repairs, major repairs and planned maintenance budgets, managing the annual inspection of the Associations properties, develop and manage the planned maintenance programme, identify and project manage and programme all major repairs and stock reinvestment programmes. You will also assist and prepare tender specifications for major projects. You will be responsible for pre and post inspections of works, ensure that the stock condition database is maintained and updated and prepare performance reports. You will undertake building surveys and diagnose building defects, and specify and administrate required remedial works and be responsible for void specifications.
Applicants must be able to work with minimal supervision. An enhanced DBS check is required
