We are seeking to appoint an inclusive, enthusiastic and creative teaching assistant or early years practitioner. We are seeking a positive team member to join our rapidly improving small school, at the heart of the local community, as soon as possible.

The main purposes of the post are:
8. To successfully carry out the role of a teaching assistant or early years practitioner
9. To be responsible for the progress of allocated children under the key worker system framework, as well as all children in setting
10. To be responsible for providing bespoke support for individuals who have been identified as SEND.
11. Working under the direction of the class teacher and with the SENDCo, provide support in addressing the needs of pupils who need particular help to overcome barriers to learning.
12. To develop and promote effective working relationships with families, members of staff and external agencies as required.
13. Comply with policies and procedures relating to child protection.
14. Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people within the school.
