What you bring

* Demonstrated experience supporting IT endpoints within production line environments—including troubleshooting hardware such as printers, scanners, mobile devices, barcode readers, and smart devices used on the shopfloor.
* Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing shop floor systems including MES platforms and their integration points with OT/IT infrastructure.

* Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement—including preparing operational reports and providing regular updates during incident resolution cycles.
* Experience working within shift-based support models or willingness to participate in rotating shifts as required by operational needs.
* A collaborative approach that fosters knowledge sharing among team members through documentation and active participation in group discussions.
* Commitment to upholding diversity and inclusion principles within the workplace—demonstrating sensitivity towards colleagues from varied backgrounds.
