About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, proactive and organised HR Generalist to support our team across two locations. This is a varied, hands-on role covering recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, training and personal/ team development plus project work to improve systems and processes within the HR department and wider business.
You’ll be central to driving HR best practice, ensuring compliance with employment law, and shaping a positive employee experience across the organisation.

* Projects & Advisory, supporting HR-related projects and organisational initiatives
* Provide guidance to managers on HR matters and employment law updates
About You
* Previous experience in an HR or people-focused role
* Strong understanding of recruitment and employee lifecycle processes
* Good knowledge of UK employment law
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
* Confident working with managers at all levels
