* Sales Leadership: Actively engage in selling and gradually take on management activities.
* Team Building: Develop into a team leader/manager role as you prove your capabilities.
* Account Management: Sell into various aspects of the Public Sector within a VAR environment.
* Revenue Generation: Achieve GP expectations of £200K-£300K in the first year through relationship building, net new opportunities, or both.
* Strategic Planning: Plan and build a high-performing sales team with the potential to bring in additional team members.
* Management Transition: Transition to a management or hybrid plan after the first year based on performance.
Ideal Candidate
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years selling into the Public Sector within a VAR.
* Track Record: Proven success in sales with a hunger for growth and team building.
