This pivotal role is your chance to lead the charge in launching new products, enhancing service pathways, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across our services. How you’ll help us make health happen: Lead and coordinate the implementation of new clinics, products and services across both remote and face-to-face delivery channels. Drive service improvement initiatives, challenging the status quo to enhance efficiency, standardisation, and performance. Monitor and analyse performance data, identifying opportunities to overcome barriers and boost KPI achievement. Champion customer experience, ensuring every development keeps our patients at the centre of what we do. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including third-party providers, to ensure seamless integration and successful project delivery. Support business continuity and resilience, working closely with the Operational Resilience Lead to keep our services proactive and prepared. Qualifications, Training & Experience We’re seeking a proactive, solutions-focused professional who brings a blend of operational insight, strategic thinking, and a passion for service excellence. To thrive in this role, you’ll ideally have: Experience in data management, process mapping, and project management, with the ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives forward. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders, colleagues, customers, and corporate clients. Hands-on experience with clinic systems and resource management, ideally within a healthcare or wellbeing setting. Excellent IT proficiency, particularly across Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). A proven track record of improving business performance and delivering measurable results. Sharp problem-solving abilities and a continuous improvement mindset. Exceptional time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
