The Best Connection Mansfield are currently seeking Aluminium Fabricators to work at our client based in Pinxton. Regal Aluminium specialises in the fabrication and installation of high-quality aluminium products for the construction and architectural sectors.
Responsibilities
* Read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication plans
* Measure, cut, and shape aluminium materials to precise specifications
* Operate fabrication machinery including saws, presses, and CNC equipment
* Assemble aluminium components and structures using appropriate techniques
* Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and finish
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
* Work collaboratively with other fabricators and production staff
* Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies
* A FLT Counterbalance license is desirable but not essential.
Working Hours & Pay Rate
* Monday to Thursday, 6:30am until 4:00pm
* Friday, 6:30am until 1:30pm
* Overtime is also available, paid at time and a half after 42.5 hours worked
* Pay rate: £13.00 - £15.00 per hour - Dependant on experience
Requirements
* Previous experience in aluminium fabrication
* Ability to read and work from technical drawings
* Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
