An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor to join the Rochdale office of a well-established, multi-office law firm renowned for its strength in family and childcare law. This role is ideal for a Family Solicitor who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families through expert legal representation.
The firm is looking to bring in a private law qualified Solicitor, someone with experience doing non-molestation orders and private law children work.
You will have undertaken advocacy, not necessarily final contested hearings but ex part hearings, return dates and direction hearings.
