Due to continued growth, my client is looking for an experienced Senior/Land Manager to join their team based out of Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning housebuilder.

Role and Responsibilities
* Proactively source, manage, and progress land and partnership opportunities
* Lead and supervise bid submissions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
* Negotiate legal agreements and manage pre-sale opportunities with key partners
* Identify, assess, and pursue potential land opportunities
Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in planning, land acquisition, and partnership development
* Current network and contacts within the West Midlands - essential
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills, capable of engaging with senior decision-makers
* Demonstrated ability in strategy development and execution using innovative approaches
* Excellent relationship-building skills with an emphasis on stakeholder engagement
