💰 Salary: £24,375 - £28,000 per annum (or DOE)

We’re now looking for a proactive, organised, and adaptable Executive Assistant to the CEO (Board Support) to join our Bristol head office team.
The Role:
This role provides high-level administrative, governance, and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors. You’ll act as the central point of coordination for leadership, ensuring smooth communication, well-run meetings, and efficient execution of company priorities.
You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy variety from diary management and board minutes to coordinating audits, managing office operations, and supporting company events.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive & Governance Support:
* Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO and Board.
* Prepare agendas, take accurate minutes, and track actions.
* Coordinate company-wide meetings and follow up on deliverables.
* Support ISO and internal audit processes alongside the Compliance Manager.
Office & Facilities Management:
* Oversee day-to-day operations of the Bristol office.
* Manage onboarding logistics for new staff.
* Maintain office supplies, meeting rooms, and mail handling.
Operations & Logistics:
* Monitor and restock consumables and equipment.
* Oversee company vehicles (MOT, insurance, service records).
* Manage utilities and support with property-related administration.
* Process invoices and prepare cost breakdowns for Director approval.
Training & Compliance:
* Administer the company’s e-learning platform and monitor completion.
* Support compliance documentation and policy updates.
Events & Communications:
* Organise company events, conferences, and exhibitions.
* Coordinate travel, accommodation, and materials.
* Liaise with Marketing for branding and communications.
About You:
Essential Skills & Attributes:
* Strong organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
* Confident using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
* Independent, proactive, and able to prioritise effectively.
Desirable Experience:
* Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, PA, or Office Manager.
* Familiarity with ISO standards or regulated environments.
* Event coordination or facilities management experience.
* Experience in the healthcare or diagnostics sector is a plus.
Requirements:
* Based in Bristol, with at least 3 days per week in the office.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.
