Teacher of Music
Location: Broughton High School
Salary: £35,022 – £52,740
Hours: 35 per week
Responsibilities
* Deliver music teaching and instruction to secondary students.
* Collaborate with faculty members within the Expressive Arts department and the City of Edinburgh Music School.
* Contribute to student learning through participation in departmental and school‑wide activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Qualified music educator with appropriate experience for secondary education.
* Required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007 scheme or complete a PVG Scheme update check.
* Individuals with three months or more abroad in the last five years must provide an Overseas Criminal Record Check.
* Successful completion of all mandated pre‑employment checks is a prerequisite to employment.
