The job: This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maintaining strong financial processes and supporting the wider finance function. Reporting to the Finance Manager, duties will include: Entering customer orders. Processing customer invoices accurately and in line with contractual terms. Monitoring outstanding receivables and proactively following up on overdue accounts. Resolving queries/discrepancies promptly. Supporting treasury activities. Cashflow monitoring. Bank reconciliations and ensuring the timely resolution of variances. Supporting foreign exchange reporting and payment processing as required. Other ad hoc duties as required to support the finance team. The person: Previous experience in salesledger is required. You will be IT literate.
