Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and oversee the CAD team, providing hands‑on training, development, and performance guidance to build capability and drive departmental growth. This position reports directly to the Technical Manager.
* Set clear short‑and long‑term deadlines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
* Collaborate closely with clients and in‑house Contracts Managers to understand needs and create tailored, innovative solutions.
* Produce 12AB and 12D CAD drawings using BricsCAD and Cone11, while strictly adhering to Chapter 8, TSRGD, and all relevant regulations, guidance, and legislation.
What we're looking for:
* Proven ability to develop both 12AB and 12D CAD designs (essential).
* Excellent working knowledge of Chapter 8, TSRGD, and related guidance.
* Proficiency in BricsCAD and Cone11
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills – a true people‑focused leader who can inspire, develop, and enhance a team.
* Target‑and goal‑oriented mindset with a proactive, customer‑centric approach.
* A passion for delivering well‑executed, bespoke products that exceed client expectations.
