They are currently seeking a Senior Trust & Company Administrator to join their Corporate Services team. Job Duties:

* Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate responses to client requests
* Maintain excellent communication with team members and clients
* Demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail in all tasks
* Interact confidently and professionally with high-profile clients
* Collaborate effectively within a team environment to contribute to overall success
* Handle complex administrative processes with a proactive approach


Job Requirements:

* Relevant qualification or working towards one (e.g., STEP or CGI)
* Experience in a senior administrator capacity, preferably within the Private Wealth sector
* Ability to effectively manage a portfolio of clients
* Excellent working knowledge of MS Office; experience with Viewpoint is an advantage
* Understanding of the tax implications of structures under management
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational skills with a capability to manage complex administrative processes
* Able to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team
