Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant – September start (or sooner)

The role
* Be a key person: build trusted relationships with children & families; keep clear daily records.
* Deliver high-quality EYFS provision (phonics, early maths, communication & language, PD, PSED).
* Set up engaging indoor/outdoor areas; use assessment to spot gaps and close them.
* Support whole-class, small-group and 1:1 learning; contribute to trips, displays and events.
* Work closely with the teacher/SENDCo to adapt for additional needs and keep every child included & safe.
You’ll bring
* Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential) and strong knowledge of the EYFS.
* Confident phonics delivery (e.g., Little Wandle / Read Write Inc) and early maths.
* Calm, consistent behaviour approach; great communication with colleagues and parents.
* Up-to-date safeguarding; Paediatric First Aid is a plus (or willingness to complete).

Contract: Full-time, term-time (permanent or long-term)
