Are you a passionate and experienced Chef looking for a rewarding leadership role in a warm and welcoming environment? We are seeking a Chef Manager to lead our kitchen team in an extra care scheme, ensuring our residents enjoy a delicious lunch every day.

Your Role
* Lead the kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals tailored to residents' needs
* Manage stock and suppliers to ensure fresh ingredients and cost control
* Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and kitchen cleanliness
* Engage with residents to understand their preferences and enhance their dining experience
What We’re Looking For
A passionate chef with experience in a leadership role (e.g., Head Chef, Kitchen Manager)
Basic IT skills, including familiarity with email systems, Microsoft Office, and other similar programmes.
Excellent team management and organisational skills
Knowledge of food safety regulations (Level 3 Food Hygiene desirable)
A caring and compassionate approach to food service
