As our Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of Sales Executives, driving performance across our commercial vehicle operation. What you’ll be doing Leading and managing a structured commercial vehicle sales process. Providing hands‑on coaching, performance management, and regular customer‑facing support, including first and second facing. Driving the sale of new Ford commercial vehicles, associated products, accessories, finance, and insurance. Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and maintaining the highest ethical standards. Managing sales campaigns and promotions to maximise sales penetration and departmental performance. Building on the strong existing foundations of a stable, profitable, and well‑established commercial sales team. About you You will be able to clearly demonstrate: A proven track record of Managing a sales team within a Motor Retail environment or be a successful Commercial Vehicle Business Manager looking for your next step The ability to increase operating efficiency through effective leadership. Strong people management skills with a passion for developing teams. A proactive approach to achieving business objectives and maintaining outstanding customer service.
