Your new job working as a US FI &mercial D&O Senior or Producing Broker, will be working for an new, innovative and growing Lloyd’s Broking House. Your new Brokers are innovative and take pride in providing clients with a unique and professional service. The have a team of specialised professional individuals, who pride themselves on their integrity and diligence. Due to rapid expansion within the Financial Lines Team, the Head of Financial Lines is now looking for a producer/ Senior Broker to join the team that focus on US accounts to help with the development of the book, placement of risks and servicing of account. This role is a permanent job for a US FI &mercial D&O Broker
Your new role
Your new job working as a Producer / Senior US FI &mercial D&O Broker means you will be responsible for a full 360 role; Client Servicing, Placement into Lloyd’s andpany Markets and being responsible for the growth and development of the book. You will be fullypetent and have an excellent working knowledge on producing various Financial Line Products to include; FI, D&O, etc. You will effectively service, upsell and develop client accounts, ensuring you achieve client satisfaction at all times and enhance client relationships. You will be fullypetent in growing an Financial Lines book and dealing with US clients. You will be encouraged to develop working relationships with third party Brokers and International clients in order to support the business in all aspects of growth. You will have proven client management experience and be able to effectively handledplex US FI &mercial D&O Broker – you must be highly knowledgeable in FI &mercial D&O Broker
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience working as a Senior Broker with production experience handlingplex US FI &mercial D&O Broker/, will contribute to your success in securing this role. You will be confident when ites to dealing with US agents/ clients and be able to effectively negotiatepetitive terms with Lloyd’s underwriters. You will be able to utilise your enhanced knowledge of Financial Lines products in order to maximise all opportunities to upsell and cross-sell FI &mercial D&O products. You will have proven experience in placing developing and growing FI &mercial D&O Broker risks on Binders and within the Open Market. You will be tenacious and have proven product and US client experience. Your previous experience in working in a dual role (placing and producing US Financial Lines risks) at a growing Lloyd’s Broker will demonstrate your ability to prioritise workloads andmunicate well within a team. Your drive and motivation will allow you to adapt well into a diverse and growing team
