Role Overview: The provision of a high standard catering service to patients, staff, and other customers, meeting all relevant legislative, nutritional, cultural, and quality standards. This includes supervising catering assistants and producing safe, high-quality meals for patients, staff, and hospitality needs. The role involves organizing work rotas and supervising staff, including Catering Assistants and Kitchen Porters.
