Wokingham Borough Council is seeking a temporary Green Infrastructure Manager for maternity cover from 1 August 2026 to 31 August 2027. The postholder will lead the Green Infrastructure Team, ensuring compliance with statutory duties regarding trees and Public Rights of Way, while also managing health and safety risks.
The successful candidate will provide expert advice related to planning applications and lead the development of the Council’s Ecological Emergency Action Plan. A degree and at least five years of experience in related services are required.
Strong project and stakeholder management skills are essential.
