New Career in Emergency Nursing? We are excited to announce an opportunity for Registered Nurses to join our OUTSTANDING Emergency Department in the heart of East London. You will be joining a team that is one of the highest performing Emergency Departments in the UK, achieving consistently good clinical engagement, patient flow and an OUTSTANDING rating at CQC.
We are looking for Experienced Registered Nurses who have completed their preceptorship. Experience in A&E is desirable but not essential. Our nurses should be enthusiastic, confident and self-motivated, with excellent communication skills and a readiness to take on challenges. You will be supported by a dedicated team of practice development nurses, senior nurses and a strong education ethos. A key career pathway and emergency nursing specialty training will be provided to ground you in your career. There is fast tracking onto an A&E course dependent on experience.

Responsibilities
* The post holder will practice within a team of nursing staff, and have responsibility for a group of patients, assessing, prioritising, planning, implementing and evaluating their care needs.
* You will deliver a high standard of individualised nursing care based on current sound research/evidence, you will not require direct supervision, and at times will co-ordinate an area, while teaching and supervising junior qualified and unqualified staff.
* You will join a forward thinking multi-disciplinary team dedicated to delivering high standards of care in a diverse community. Applicants must enjoy a fast-paced acute environment as well as a keen interest in delivering excellence in holistic care.
