Role Description
Citizens Advice York, working in partnership with RAY and York City of Sanctuary, is looking for an experienced Supervisor / Mentor to guide 2 trainees from IAA Level 1 to Level 2 Immigration.
Help trainees gain the confidence, skills and experience to handle complex casework and pass their Level 2 Immigration assessment.
The position will be for 4 hours per week at a rate of pay of £20-25 per hour, dependent on experience. It can be in-person or remote.
Your role:
* Weekly or fortnightly 1-to-1 supervision
* Regular file reviews of complex cases
* Sign off trainees ready for Level 2 exams
* Support portfolio development and further training
