About the Role
In this position, you will be working directly with students diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, Down syndrome, epilepsy, and various mental health challenges.
Responsibilities
* Supporting individual students in their daily routines
* Engaging them throughout the school day to help achieve specific learning objectives
* Assisting in identifying triggers and employing effective de‑escalation tactics when required
* Regularly reporting on pupils' behaviours and achievements
Ideal Candidate
* Holds a pending or qualified degree in Psychology or Criminology
* Possesses excellent behaviour management skills
* Has strong communication abilities and a genuine passion for helping others
* Is open to training in Team Teach and Manual Handling

Compensation
