Here at Halfords, we are looking for a Centre Manager, who will play a vital role in leading the team to success and providing an excellent customer journey and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the team to deliver high customer satisfaction.
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards.
* Manage high sales turnover and KPIs.
* Provide coaching-based training and team development.
* Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
Qualifications:
* Fantastic leadership and team management skills within the automotive or similar industry.
* Experience in meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety.
* IT Proficient, with the willingness to learn in-house systems.
* Good time management.
* A current valid driving licence.
Compensation and Benefits:
* £36,000 per annum.
* Average uncapped bonus of £10,800 per year (with potential to earn more).
