About the Role
The Deployment Project Coordinator plays a key support role in ensuring smooth and efficient execution of GPU data center deployment projects. Working closely with the Deployment Project Manager, you will handle the administrative and logistical tasks that keep projects on track — from scheduling and documentation to coordinating site access and vendor activities. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow their career in project management within a fast-paced technical environment. While not deeply technical, you will gain exposure to leading-edge infrastructure projects and learn how large-scale deployments are executed from planning through delivery.
What You’ll be Doing
* Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support for GPU data center deployment projects.
* Assist the Project Manager in preparing project schedules, task lists, and status updates.
* Coordinate site access, delivery scheduling, and resource logistics with vendors and contractors.
* Maintain accurate and organized project documentation (installation records, as-built diagrams, handover materials).
* Track project tasks and follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
* Schedule and organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting notes.
* Support budget tracking by collecting invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
* Help ensure all project documentation complies with standards and is kept up to date.
* Assist with reporting by preparing progress summaries for the Project Manager and stakeholders.
* Capture lessons learned and contribute feedback for process improvements.
Key Objectives
* Keep project documentation complete, accurate, and up to date.
* Ensure smooth coordination of site logistics and vendor access.
* Support on-time delivery of deployment projects by tracking and following up on tasks.
* Maintain clear and timely communication between internal teams, vendors, and contractors.
* Provide reliable administrative support to Project Managers.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Timeliness and accuracy of project documentation.
* On-time scheduling and coordination of project meetings, site access, and logistics.
* Responsiveness in task follow-up and issue escalation.
* Stakeholder satisfaction with communication and administrative support.
* Quality of reporting and tracking provided to the Project Manager.
About You (Skills / Qualifications Experience)
* 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or a related role.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Proficient with office productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Excel, Google Workspace, project tracking software).
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and external vendors.
* Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a technical project environment.
Nice to Have:
* Exposure to IT infrastructure, data centers, or hardware deployments.
* Experience working with contractors or vendors in a project setting.
* Familiarity with structured documentation practices or project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Smartsheet)
