About The Role
As our IT Technical Lead, you will bridge infrastructure, application development, service delivery, and cybersecurity. Your role blends strategic influence with technical depth, guiding the design and implementation of end-to-end solutions, acting as a senior technical authority and trusted advisor to IT and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate across IT teams to design maintainable, secure, and scalable solutions. Review and validate architectures for alignment with enterprise standards.
* Champion high-quality delivery by promoting best practices, code reviews, and documentation standards.
* Act as the primary escalation point for critical issues, offering hands‑on support and troubleshooting expertise.
* Contribute to project feasibility and planning, translating business needs into technical solutions.
* Lead the development of robust security practices and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
* Drive system enhancements, automation opportunities, and knowledge sharing across the organization.
* Mentor and uplift the technical capabilities of teams through coaching, collaboration, and support.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience in a senior technical role across infrastructure, development, or architecture.
* Deep knowledge of systems architecture including APIs, databases, and cloud platforms (preferably Azure).
* Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and modern workplace technologies.
* Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and system integrations.
* Programming and automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python) and experience with version control (e.g., Git).
* Solid understanding of cybersecurity and data protection standards.
