From the start, you’ll be supported in your development through our Keyline Civils Specialist Certificate, a 12-month Apprenticeship that provides the tools to succeed. During your apprenticeship, you will explore:
* Our safety culture within the branch
* The products we sell and the services we provide
* What makes us different and keeps us as the number one choice for our customers
Our Apprenticeships focus on your development, with study time integrated into your working week so you can achieve your qualification without affecting your work-life balance. We offer a strong support network through 1:1 coaching, mentoring, and technical training, enabling you to progress your career with us. Our experienced team will support you throughout your apprenticeship, and there are opportunities for further development up to the Boardroom.

While no two days are the same at Keyline, your role will involve gaining exposure across various areas within your branch, helping you discover your strengths and interests to guide your career development. Your responsibilities will include:
* Building relationships with customers over the counter and on the phone by taking orders, providing quotes, and offering solutions
* Being helpful and friendly, likely getting to know our customers personally
* Using your product knowledge to assist with inquiries, provide information, prepare quotes, and help customers with their purchases
