This graduate position involves working as part of a multi-discipline team in Dundee (and with other facilities and suppliers) in the support, design, evaluation and test of ATMs (Auto-Teller Machines for the Banking Industry) and the devices used in ATMs. We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual with a background in Mechanical Engineering to join our team. You’ll be involved in a wide variety of technical design and problem-solving tasks, with exposure to multiple disciplines and a broad view of the business. If you're passionate about engineering and eager to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**• Work on new product developments designing mechanical parts and mechanisms - including injection moulded parts, sheet metal parts, castings, turned parts, etc. • Evaluate different technologies and provide recommendations with backup analysis • Working with tooling suppliers and parts manufacture • Supplier engagement and change management • Collaborate with Engineers from different disciplines to enable system wide integration • Design validation via design reviews, stress analysis, assembly tolerances, testing and problem correction CLCA • Prepare drawings and procurement specifications.**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:**• Education: BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering (or very similar STEM related discipline) – min 2:1. • Strong understanding of Mechanical design principles and technologies. • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functions teams internally and externally. • Communication: Excellent verbal & written communication skills and ability to present to customers/ and or product management as well as communicating to team members. • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. Creo or SolidWorks preferred) • Experienced in using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel software (Advanced Excel user an advantage)#LI-Hybrid#LI-AGOffers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.**EEO Statement** NCR Atleos is an equal-opportunity employer.
