Job Title: Business Analyst (x2)
Location: 1-2x/week on-site in Leeds
Duration: Until March 2026
Day Rate: £500/day Inside Ir35

Brio Digital are supporting a HealthTech consultancy who require 2x additional Business Analysts to support an ongoing transformation project on a national NHS services.
What You’ll Do
* Gather and document business and functional requirements for digital health initiatives
* Engage clinicians, product teams, and technical leads to define user journeys and outcomes
* Analyse existing workflows and propose process improvements within complex NHS environments
* Translate business needs into clear specifications for engineering and delivery teams
* Support product roadmaps, sprint planning, and change management activities
* Produce artefacts such as process maps, epics, and user stories in agile delivery
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare, NHS, or public sector contexts
* Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
* Ability to bridge technical and non-technical discussions effectively
* Experience working within Agile delivery environments (Scrum/Kanban)
* Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Miro
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Comfort with ambiguity and iterative delivery
Nice-to-Have
* Exposure to NHS data standards (FHIR, HL7, SNOMED)
* Experience within large-scale digital transformation programmes
* Understanding of API-based systems or integration design
* Background in Product or Service Design
