Working Hours: Wednesday to Saturday 6am - 6pm
Salary: £28,000 per annum experience dependent

What You'll Be Doing
As a QA Technician, you'll be at the heart of our quality operations — supporting production, monitoring standards, and helping us
continuously improve.
Your Day-to-day Will Include
Conducting daily factory walk rounds to ensure excellent GMP and hygiene standards across site.
Supporting production teams to resolve quality and technical issues, carrying out detailed investigations to prevent
recurrence.
Performing taste panels and product reviews to make sure every bite meets our high standards.
Carrying out swabbing, air plate testing, and product sampling, investigating any out-of-spec results.
Completing Pre-Dispatch Verification checks and ensuring all products leave site safely and to spec.
Supporting traceability exercises, audits, and complaint investigations, providing clear and accurate reports.
Assisting with new product launches, ensuring labelling, coding, and metal detection systems are correctly set up.
Promoting Health & Safety best practices and supporting safe working across all departments.
What We're Looking For
We're after someone with passion, curiosity, and a commitment to doing things right. You'll bring:
Previous QA or technical experience in a food manufacturing environment.
Understanding of food safety, allergens, and GMP principles.
Food Safety Level 2 qualification (or willingness to complete it).
Strong communication and teamwork skills — you enjoy working with others to achieve great results.
IT literacy, including Word, Excel, and technical data systems.
A proactive, can-do attitude and pride in maintaining the highest standards.
