Role: PPA Teacher
Schedule: Full Time (reduced Friday hours)
Location: Huyton (L36)
Start Date: September 2025
Pay Rate: £125-£232.56 per day (depending on experience)
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic PPA Teacher to join a vibrant and inclusive primary school located in the heart of Huyton. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects to cover teacher PPA time, ensuring continuity of learning and supporting the school’s ethos of care and ambition. You will work collaboratively with a supportive team of staff and have access to excellent resources and professional development opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
* Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 to ensure continuity of learning during teacher PPA time.
* Maintain a calm, purposeful, and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils feel safe and supported.
* Work flexibly across multiple classes and year groups, quickly building rapport with pupils and understanding their needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
