The day-to-day
As a Creator in this team, your primary responsibility is to the work.
Crafting best-in-class, cutting edge, insightful social work that puts people first.
We need you to protect the ideas and our client’s social accounts, the craft and artistry that goes into them, working on multiple projects at any one time, ensuring all deadlines are met and budgets adhered to.
Alongside this, you must have an appreciation of the fiscal nature of what we do and ‘how much it costs to come up with a great idea’ as you start to learn what it means to run a successful business.
Champion the work.
As a Creator, your primary focus should be the work – achieving best in class, ground-breaking, first to market, trend setting and following work that works?
You will work across the full spectrum of jobs, from content creation to platform strategy to campaign thinking and managing shoots – this is an opportunity to learn, grow and develop a wide set of the skills, as well as focus on those you feel most passionate about.
You should stay inspired, motivated and excited about what we do and how we go about it, sharing this enthusiasm with the more junior members of the team.

Pitching in.
You will be asked to work on new business pitches.
That’s not to say you will work on all of them, but you will be expected to assist – both on the pitch itself, and in clearing the decks for those that are working on them, back filling roles with internal or external support, and managing deadlines to ensure we meet the needs of existing clients.
JOB PURPOSE
Reporting into the Senior Creator(s), this role is a midweight position within the team - as such, you will be expected to support, champion and embody the values of the agency, but at the same time have the space to grow and develop your skillsets.
You are here to create the best work of your career and support others in doing so.
As a Creator, you are here to come up with best-in-class Creative solutions, champion craft and help the work find its feet, come to life and reach its full potential.
You are the gatekeeper of great work (but also the mediocre).
This should be fiercely protected and evangelised with the team and wider agency and always, always come first - protect, nurture and support great ideas.
You are required to have an understanding of all your projects, ensuring Senior Creators/ACDs are kept in the loop and up to speed at all times – work does not leave the building without their acknowledgment and sign off.
You are responsible for managing your workload, liaising with Resource and Senior Creators to manage the flow of work, maintain the high Creative standards we have set out and ensure deadlines are met.
It is your responsibility to identify and raise issues with the work - escalating to the Creator Lead on the project as soon as possible.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
5. Social-first content ideation – both pre-planned and reactive ideation
6. Clearly brief team members to execute production of your ideas, producing your own work where feasible (e.g. Creator-style video content)
7. Overseeing community engagement/management
8. Overseeing content scheduling/posting
9. Lead on reporting for your clients – comfortable working with data to summarise key learnings and strategic recommendations for future work
10. Line manage Junior Creator(s) and support their personal development
11. You must have your finger on the pulse of trends and the social space, and the ability to translate these into client opportunities
12. Deliver your own projects keeping senior Creators informed and up to date
13. Work with ACDs and Resource team to ensure workloads are managed and deadlines met
JOB REQUIREMENTS
3+ years working in Social marketing, Social PR or equivalent
Experience of working as a Senior Social Media Executive / Social Media Manager, or similar
Proven experience within Social Campaign and Content projects
A portfolio of consistent, social-first work
Presentation skills are required
Proven craft skills are required
Basic deck design skills are essential (design skills desirable)
Basic video filming/editing skills
Proven passion for Social
