Responsibilities
Lead the Events Team to plan and deliver world‑class Warhammer events across all game systems. Manage event execution – from build, paint, and play‑focused events and organised play weekends to daily activities in the Events Hall – ensuring everything runs efficiently, professionally, and to a consistently high standard while staying within budget. Monitor event performance, learn from it, and continuously improve how events are run so that each one is better than the last, supporting the broader Warhammer strategy.
Qualifications
* Clear communicator, highly organised, and a thoughtful leader capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional standards.
* Confident in managing people, ensuring both customers and staff have a positive experience.
* Strong knowledge of the Warhammer hobby – building, painting, and playing our games – to understand what makes events truly special for our community.
* Experience managing budgets and working collaboratively in a customer‑focused environment.
