The successful candidate will be an accomplished sales professional. From knocking on doors, this is a role for someone who thrives in the field, loves building from the ground-up, and can manage every aspect of the business as a one-person startup, with real influence on commercial strategy, team growth, and market positioning.

This role requires Entrepreneurial Mindset - ability to build from scratch, make decisions independently, and take ownership of all aspects sales and business operations, Commercial Acumen - strong understanding of business from sales prospecting to deal closure, products pricing, handle customer negotiations, Field Sales Capability -comfortable pitching door-to-door to clinics and doctors, Operational Excellence - able to manage logistics, invoicing, and payments reliably, Problem-Solving - resourceful, fast-thinking, and solutions-oriented in a startup environment, Customer-Centric - focus on building strong client relationships and handling service issues effectively, Basic Financial Literacy - able to handle budgets, forecasts, profit margins, and cash flow.

Core Responsibilities:

Business Setup & Strategy

* Define local go-to-market strategy, pricing, and forecasts
* Create and execute UK-specific business plans and budgets
* Ensure full compliance with UK laws, certifications, and operational standards
* Handle daily operations: oversee orders, logistics, invoicing, payments, and customer support
* Ensure smooth operational flow as a “one-person business” at the start

Sales & Business Development

* Generate strong leads and manage direct sales to clinics and doctors
* Pitch products in person and build strong long-term client relationships
* Identify strategic partnerships and KOLs (key opinion leaders)
* Build and manage sales pipeline and revenue forecasting
* Plan and execute local marketing campaigns and events
* Analyze competition and trends in the UK aesthetic market
* Provide local insights to the HQ marketing and product teams

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in economics, Business administration or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial, sales, or operations roles; ideally in aesthetics, pharma, medical devices or beauty industry
* Experience working in a start-up or launch environment is highly valued
* Strong commercial acumen and confidence in client-facing situations
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
* Strong presentation and writing skills
* Must be Fluent in English
* Must be based in United Kingdom, with ease of commute to London
* Ability to travel (up to 50+%), predominantly within United Kingdom
