* Developing and implementing business development strategies to expand our client base and market share

This is a field based role with regional travel and flexibility to meet business needs. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to deliver on our ambitious growth plans.
Person Specification
Qualifications
* Strong understanding of the NHS and or private healthcare sector, ideally in the mental health or social care field
Experience
* Proven experience in business development, marketing or sales, ideally within private healthcare, NHS or Local Authority commissioning.
* Track record of winning high-value contracts and building long-term client relationships
* Experience leading tender processes, bid writing and contract negotiations
* Excellent ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders including senior decision makers
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
* Commercial mindset with strong analytical, negotiation and presentation skills
* Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organisational levels
* Management or leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop a team
