We have a new opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join our team within Vistry Cornwall South West, at our Sherford site in Plymouth. As our Sales Consultant, you will manage all aspects of the daily operations of the sales hub/development, ensuring adherence to the customer journey, taking ownership of the sales process with customers, maintaining records and documentation throughout all stages of sales across multiple sites and house ranges, and delivering consistent sales success.

Desirable qualifications include GCSEs/GCEs including Mathematics and English at C grade or above, and A Levels.

* Adhere to SOPs, policies, and mandatory training
* Deliver excellent customer service, exceeding expectations
* Assist with audits and use Vistry systems effectively
* Represent Vistry professionally to stakeholders
* Proactively seek and follow up on sales leads and enquiries
* Negotiate and implement sales strategies and innovations
* Maintain knowledge of market conditions, house types, and schemes
* Manage customer reservations, including cancellations and extras
* Coordinate with site teams on build progress and customer info
* Ensure proper maintenance of sales areas and properties
