Mechanical Engineer / Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated engineer to join a friendly and supportive maintenance team at a fully equipped industrial site in Sandwich, Kent. The Role
* Fault-find, repair, and maintain a range of electro-mechanical equipment.
* Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance to ensure efficient operation.
* Work on temperature kilns, motors, gearboxes, and other mechanical systems.
* Support operational efficiency and safe working practices across the site.
The Person
* Experienced Maintenance Engineer or Mechanical Engineer, ideally with an industrial or manufacturing background.
* Strong mechanical fault-finding and repair skills; basic electrical knowledge an advantage.
* Hands-on experience with temperature kilns, motors, and gearboxes preferred.
* Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused approach to work.
