A long-established and highly regarded Edinburgh firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join its friendly and collaborative property team.

The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish, including:
* Sales and purchases
* Re-mortgages and security work
* Managing client relationships throughout the full property lifecycle
The team works collaboratively, while also encouraging individuals to develop their own client base and profile.
About You
* At least 3 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
* Strong experience handling transactions independently
* A client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
* Highly organised with strong time management skills
* An interest in business development and long-term career progression
