Management of project documentation processes including plans, reports, agendas and minutes through utilisation of SharePoint and Microsoft Project Preparation of timesheets and project financial reports to be submitted in a timely manner Arrange and coordinate regular meetings Monitor and report on all relevant expenses and expenditure Other ad hoc tasks in line with project needsYou must be available for an immediate start and prepared to jump into a busy role as part of a well established team.
